I picked up this blouse at Salvation Army for $2.99. I liked the fun pattern and the tie at the neckline. When I got it home I noticed it was missing a button, but that was a quick and easy fix.
I added a thrifted navy and white polka dot blazer (that I got brand new!), white slacks, and thrifted heels.
