I picked it up for just $4 on an online garage sale. I wasn't sure how short it was going to be until I tried it on. I definitely needed to add leggings, the dress is more like a tunic on me!!
I added my gorgeous Rahab's Rope necklace (it's totally on crooked, but oh, well!!), thrifted leather jacket and hand-me-down boots. My fleece lined leggings were a gift from my sis - love, love, love them!!
My total for this outfit from head to toe is around $35!!
